I have 21 years of strong working knowledge in all HR functions namely Talent Acquisition, drafting policies and procedures, Implementation of HR policies & procedures, compliance, audit, implementation of in-house HR Intranet, etc. for national & International employees. Apart from working in established organizations, I have worked for start-ups. Working with start-ups gave me a different learning experience of drafting goals from the beginning and delivering these goals in tight timelines with limited budgets and resources. On the other hand, working in established and prestigious MNCs gave me a different insight into being a part of a large ecosystem with an opportunity to learn to coordinate and co-exist in a competitive environment.
